Agreement and eligibility

By accessing LXRD, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use LXRD for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Authorised use only

LXRD is intended for lawful security research, defensive operations, fraud prevention, and investigations for which you have appropriate authority. You are responsible for the legality of every query, export, and downstream use.

You must not use the service to stalk, harass, extort, discriminate, gain unauthorised access, trade stolen credentials, expose personal information, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, API keys, and activity under your account. Do not share access outside your plan or attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures. Notify us promptly of suspected compromise.

Data and accuracy

Results may contain incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or incorrectly associated information. LXRD provides investigative leads, not verified facts. You must independently validate information before making a decision that affects another person or organisation.

Plans, payments, and refunds

Paid features and limits are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. Unless required by law, fees for consumed service periods are non-refundable. We may adjust future pricing with reasonable notice.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account presents a security risk, violates these terms, abuses infrastructure, or creates legal exposure. You may stop using the service at any time.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LXRD disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its results.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and applicable requirements evolve. The updated date identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
